Jihlava is situated in the centre of the Czech Republic, about 130 km south-east of Prague.
How to get there by car
Take Exit 112 when driving along the D1 highway. Follow the traffic signs to the centre of Jihlava. Conference participants can use the college car park in Fritzova Street.
To get to the building of the College of Polytechnics Jihlava, follow the green line in Figure 1.
How to get there by bus
There are numerous bus lines (*) going to Jihlava from the direction of both Prague and Brno. Get off at the bus station next to the building of the College of Polytechnics. To get to the college, follow the red line in Figure 1.
How to get there by train
If you travel from Prague, you will need to change trains in Havlíčkův Brod. If travelling from Brno, you can go straight to Jihlava (*). To get to the college from the Main Railway Station, take a trolleybus (**) Line D (or Line B). Then follow the blue line in Figure 1.
How to get to the Registration place
To get to the Registration place of the College of Polytechnics Jihlava, please use the main engtrance of the college (Figure 1 - the end of all arrows of blue, green, red lines). You can also use the side adjacent to the bus station (the black arrow in Figure 1) and follow the signs through the college.
How to get to the Education Centre Hall of the College of Polytechnics Jihlava (Plenary session)
To get to the Education Centre Hall of the College of Polytechnics where the Plenary session of the conference takes place, do not use the main entrance of the college; instead, walk around the building to enter from the side adjacent to the bus station as shown by the black arrow in Figure 1.
How to get to Radniční Restaurant for the conference dinner
The conference dinner is scheduled for 19:00 - 22:00 on Thursday, September 8th 2022 and it will take place at Radniční Restaurant in Masaryk Square. To get there from the conference venue, follow the yellow line in Figure 1.
